You are responsible to ensure that you are legally allowed to buy or sell an item.

1. Adoption or surrogacy ads
2. Airline tickets
3. Alcoholic drinks - including 'swap for...'
4. Animal traps or any equipment for the purpose of trapping animals
5. Armed Forces - Items issued to any Armed Force that have not been disposed of in accordance with that country's demilitarisation policies
6. Artefacts and/or heritage items
7. Asbestos - Any products containing asbestos
8. Batteries - Used or rebuilt batteries or batteries containing mercury
9. Body parts, bodily fluids or blood
10. Burglary implements, including lock picking or lock smithing devices or key cutters
11. Businesses for Sale
12. Cats - N.B. Most pets must be at least 8 weeks old before they can be released. State laws relating to vaccination, microchipping and de-sexing must be adhered to. Additional breeds can be rejected at the discretion of Allclassifieds. (Pets Policy)
13. Controlled substances and illegal drugs
14. Cosmetics - Used cosmetic products
15. Copyright - Any material which infringes copyright laws
16. Counterfeit items
17. Dogs - Dogs breeds which are prohibited include Bull Arab, Bull Mastiff, Pit Bull, American Staffordshire Terrier, American Bulldog, American Johnson Bulldog, Japanese Toza, Fila Brasileiro, Dogo Argentino or any other derivation thereof, Teacup dogs breeds of any kind.

18. Downloadable media can only be listed by sellers that own the intellectual property or are authorised to distribute the intellectual property on behalf of the owner
19. Drugs and drug paraphernalia and material used to manufacture controlled substances and/or illegal drugs. Any products or services relating to supplements, medicine or other pharmaceutical goods, including prescription drugs and devices
20. Electronic surveillance equipment
21. Embargoed goods
22. Emus, emu eggs or similar
23. Endangered or protected species of flora or fauna
24. Escort services that offer or indicate sexual services or actions
25. Fireworks, explosives or other similarly destructive devices
26. Food
27. Government badges, ID badges, documents and licenses including uniforms or any official issue equipment including Police and/or emergency services related items
28. Hazardous materials such as toxic, radioactive or explosive substances
29. Holiday vouchers
30. Identifying documents, including personal financial records or personal information, licenses, etc.
31. Illegal electronics equipment such as access cards, password hackers, radar scanners, traffic signal control devices or descramblers
32. Illegal items and/or services - Items which suggest or encourage illegal activity of any kind
33. Ivory in any form
34. Lottery tickets, raffle tickets, slot machines or other such gambling items or materials
35. Monkeys and other primates

37. New merchandise or services from network marketing companies, including independent franchisees, distributors or representatives
38. Non-prescription drugs or unfounded treatment claims
39. Noxious weeds. Before listing any plants or seeds, make sure you are aware and up-to-date with the current legislation for noxious weeds.
40. Offensive Material - Any Material considered offensive by Allclassifieds
41. Online gaming, including but not limited to World of Warcraft Accounts
42. Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) software
43. Personal information or mailing lists, including any tools or software designed to send unsolicited messages
44. Pesticides or similarly hazardous materials

46. Pornography - Any obscene material being pornographic or overtly adult in nature, including pictures or images containing nudity

49. Real estate ads of any kind
50. Recalled items (as outlined at www.recalls.gov.au)
51. Reptiles, including lizards, snakes, turtles, frogs or similar. Only species which are permitted in Australia are allowed to be advertised (as outlined at http://www.environment.gov.au/epbc/index.html)
52. Stocks and other securities

54. Therapeutic goods, unless exempt, must be registered as required by Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA)
55. Tickets priced over their face value

57. Trades and services must be included in the Business Directory and must include an image
58. Used and washed postage stamps - with the obvious intention that they will be re-used
59. Used underwear, swimwear, cloth nappies or similar clothing where hygiene is of concern

61. War memorabilia which is likely to offend

Weapons and related items, including firearms (except collectable/antique firearms which have been rendered inoperable) and related accessories, ammunition (including any specific component used to create a live round of ammunition), paintball guns, BB and/or pellet guns, tasers, gas, stun guns, switchblade knives, martial arts weaponry.
